		<description>Hi there. The problem I see with starting in HTML is that not every stake-holder can easily or equally participate in the prototyping process. I built a tool for "iteration 0" which I think can help teams get on the same page even before any HTML is laid out: http://www.balsamiq.com/products/mockups/ - I'd love to hear your thoughts on it.

		<description>My company used to do "design by photoshop" where a graphic designer drew a picture of what we'd implement, and then the engineers spent way too much time doing the "Ok, now move it 10 pixels to the left and make it blue" thing.  We're now trying "design by prototype" where my group whips something up (in Rails, actually) that looks exactly like the designers want, and then the engineers swap out the guts for .Net services or whatever other backend is relevant to the project.</description>
